Ms. Engler joined the GSRC staff in January 2009 as a technical editor and Western Region Operations Manager. She has over 26 years of experience and her responsibilities include growing GSRC's SanDiego office by assuring the provision of high quality services to our existing clients and working to expand those services into other areas. She has responsibility for and authority to commit all personnel resources and financial resources needed to meet project schedules and deliverables. She works with her colleagues at GSRC to build and share skills throughout the organization. While with another firm, she served as the project manager and principal in charge on numerous programs for the Navy and other western clients. Ms. Engler currently serves as a technical editor responsible for the integrity of deliverables to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Army National Guard, and other clients.

Ms. Engler received her Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology from San Diego State University.
