Dr. Webb joined GSRC in 2003 as the Environmental Resources Manager. He has over 17 years of experience managing environmental technical staff and has worked on numerous large-scale environmental resources planning projects. He has participated in and supervised studies regarding wetland delineations and determinations, riparian and wetland habitat restoration, protected species surveys, water and sediment sample collection and analysis, environmental review documents to meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs).

 

Dr. Webb received his Ph.D in Oceanography and Coastal Sciences/Plant Biology from Louisiana State University. He received his Master of Science Degree in Biology from Morehead State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Ohio Dominican University.
