Greg Lacy

| Mr. Lacy joined GSRC in 2005 as a Natural Resources National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist. Mr. Lacy provides NEPA documentation for a variety of clients. He has conducted endangered and threatened species surveys, biological inventories, and developed scientific presentations, journal articles, and technical reports related to natural resources work. Mr. Lacy also assists with hazardous waste compliance and site remediation efforts in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). He also conducted National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) inspections.
Mr. Lacy received a Master of Science in Biology from Georgia College and State University. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Georgia Southwestern State University.
