Mr. Schaeffer joined GSRC in 2008 as a Wetland Scientist.  He has participated in numerous wetland delineations and permitting assistance projects.  His main responsibilities include field surveys, report preparation and assistance in preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents.  This experience has allowed Mr. Schaeffer to become very knowledgeable in the NEPA and wetland regulations and requirements.

Mr. Schaeffer received a Master of Science in Aquatic Ecology from Miami University.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology, Botany and Plant Pathology from Michigan State University.
