The basic philosophy by which GSRC strives daily to serve our clients is quite simple:

To satisfy this philosophy, GSRC only employs staff who have the same personal goals to satisfy commitments and assist in the successful completion of our clients' missions. GSRC maintains a professional team of 35 staff members with education, training and experience in various disciplines such as ecology, forestry, geology, socioeconomics, archeology, hydrology, videography, community relations, and geographic information systems (GIS). These are all highly educated and trained personnel who work together as a team to get the job done right the first time and ahead of schedule. GSRC's staff members have directed multidisciplinary planning projects in over 30 states and the Caribbean, and North Pacific Islands. In turn, the staff has gained valuable hands-on knowledge of Federal and state regulations and guidelines as well as a wide variety of ecosystems throughout the United States.
