Cultural Resources

GSRC cultural resources professionals provide a wide range of cultural resources management services to Federal and state agencies, as well as private and commercial entities throughout the United States. GSRC’s staff members have directed cultural resources projects in 23 states and the Caribbean. This geographic span has allowed GSRC’s cultural resources staff to develop a broad range of experience in cultural resources in a variety of landscape conditions and cultural settings across several regions of North America. This experience has also provided an opportunity for GSRC’s cultural resources staff to work with a variety of land management agencies, State Historic Preservation Offices, tribal governments, local governments, local historic societies, and public interest groups, and gain valuable hands-on knowledge of the various Federal, state, and local regulations, concerns, and interests essential to each location. GSRC has completed hundreds of call orders under a variety of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Environmental Technical Services (ETS), and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts for the U.S. Air Force (Air Force), U.S. Navy (Navy), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Border Patrol (USBP). Most importantly, the vast majority of GSRC’s clients are repeat clients. This is evidence of their continual satisfaction with GSRC’s Responsiveness, Innovation, and Best Value in the support and production of high-quality cultural documents.

The cultural resources program at GSRC provides clients with innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to achieve project goals while preserving our cultural heritage and meeting Federal, state, and local compliance regulations.
