Mr. Ingram joined GSRC in 1998. He was the Senior Ecologist for GSRC and had over 40 years experience in a wide variety of environmental planning projects and investigations. He had participated in or supervised studies regarding hazardous waste site investigations and remediation, waste minimization, wetland delineations and determinations, protected species surveys, water and sediment sample collection and analysis, bioassay and bioaccumulation of contaminants, and Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).

Mr. Ingram received his Master of Science Degree in Biology and Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology from Southeastern Louisiana State University.
