Mr. McEnany has over 20 years of experience in a variety of natural resources projects. He has participated in several projects relating to protected species surveys, wildlife and migratory bird surveys, wetland delineations and determinations, Environmental Assessments (EAs), and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). His main responsibilities include researching and preparing biological/environmental reports and planning and participating in field studies and public involvement meetings for the Office of Border Patrol (OBP). Mr. McEnany has prepared NEPA documents for projects in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arizona, California, and New York. This experience has allowed Mr. McEnany to acquire a sound knowledge of pertinent Federal and state environmental regulations.

Mr. McEnany received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Ecosystem Management from Louisiana State University.
