Noah McCoy

Noah joined the GSRC team in 2025, bringing five years’ experience as an account manager overseeing landscape maintenance and enhancements for commercial projects in the southern California area. He holds an emphasis on crew safety and operational efficiency. Noah is a Certified Water Manager and is a Qualified Water Efficiency Landscaper. He’s been a project manager for several municipal enhancement programs to convert ornamental landscape into California native-planted parks, increasing water efficiency and providing habitats for local wildlife. Noah has worked alongside Orange County Fire Authority to ensure compliance with Defensible Space guidelines. He has carried out forestry fuel modifications to mitigate risk in high-severity fire zones within the south Orange County, CA area.

Noah is currently supporting GSRC’s habitat restoration efforts in the California office as the Assistant Office Manager. Mr. McCoy has been involved in native plant installations on Naval Base Coronado; invasive species control and vegetation monitoring for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton; and assists GSRC project managers.
