The GIS department is comprised of a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals with experience in capturing, storing, analyzing and managing data and associated attributes which are spatially referenced. The GIS group utilizes the industries leader in GIS modeling and mapping software: Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS.
Our GIS professionals have an extensive knowledge base in integrating spatial data from various sources such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS); designing and managing relational databases; database querying and statistical analysis; web-site hosting using ArcIMS; and topographic, aerial and satellite imagery interpretation, and geo-referencing.
Our staff also has experience in various Computer-aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software packages such as Bentley’s Microstation V8 and Auto-CADD 2007.
