Gabby Williams joined GSRC in 2024. She graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Biology in 2024 and an M.S. in Biology in 2025. Through academic research and volunteer roles, she continuously broadens her expertise in coastal ecosystems, native Southern California species and key issues.

Since joining GSRC, she has worked on habitat restoration, vegetation surveying, and maintenance of endangered species habitats across San Diego County. Her contributions include native plant propagation and ecological monitoring. She has supported projects for agencies such as the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Border Patrol, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
