Marcy graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Geography and a minor in GIS.  With 6 years in GIS, her work experience includes mapping for NEPA projects, wetland delineation, impact assessment, natural resource management, emergency response, litigation support, and air/water quality reporting.  She is proficient with Esri software, Trimble GPS units, and ArcGIS Online.
